CORPORATE PROFILE

Who We Are?

Niraj Industries is an ISO 9001:2015 certified heavy engineering and precision fabrication enterprise established in 1994 in MIDC Ambad, Nashik. Over three decades, we have developed a solid reputation as a reliable manufacturing partner for ASME process equipment, custom industrial fabrication works, and high-tolerance CNC machined components.

Under the visionary stewardship of founders Mr. N. H. Chaudhary and Mr. Paresh Chaudhary, our plant houses seasoned metallurgists, certified ASME Section IX welders, and precision toolmakers. Every piece of equipment—from high-pressure reaction vessels to custom stainless steel assemblies—undergoes rigid quality assurance, non-destructive testing (NDT), and dimensional verification before dispatch.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Systems

Standardized quality assurance protocols across raw material sourcing and manufacturing.

ASME WPS Approved Welding

Our Journey of Industrial
Excellence & Growth

Established by visionary industrialist Mr. N. H. Chaudhary in 1994 at MIDC Ambad, Nashik, Niraj Industries commenced operations with a complete setup of Mild Steel (M.S.) and Stainless Steel (S.S.) fabrication and machining.

Beginning initially as a dedicated job worker and precision maintenance unit, our commitment to metallurgical discipline and stringent tolerances led to steady growth, expanding into structural manufacturing, pressure vessels, and specialized fabrication works.

1994

Foundation of Niraj Industries

Established by Mr. N.H. Chaudhary at MIDC Ambad, Nashik with initial M.S. and S.S. fabrication and machining set-up.

1995

Heavy Industrial & Structural Fabrication

Expanded into Heavy & Structural fabrication, tool manufacturing, and specialized jig/fixture development.

1997

Pressure Vessels & Process Equipment

Entered the critical manufacturing of ASME WPS approved Pressure Vessels, chemical reactors, and industrial process equipment.

Today & Beyond

ISO 9001:2015 & Advanced CNC Machining

An ISO certified facility with Cincinnati CNC Turning Center, WMW Cylindrical Grinding, VMC 3-axis milling, and turnkey fabrication.

Fabrication Works at Niraj Industries

ASME Standard Compliance

WPS Approved Welding Procedures

All our high-pressure welding jobs and critical assemblies are executed under strict ASME Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) with Argon TIG and continuous CO2 MIG technology.

CORE PHILOSOPHY

Dynamic Flexibility & Client Commitment

"We develop relationships with all our customers because every client is important to us!"

25% - 35% Dynamic Flexibility

We possess the operational flexibility and financial capability of up to 25% to 35% to interchange, adapt, or develop our Infrastructure, Manpower, Material, Machines, and Methods (4M) to suit customized client components and non-standard fabrication blueprints.

Quality Policy & Assurance

Our ISO 9001:2015 quality matrix is anchored on four cardinal pillars:
• Understanding exact client tolerance needs
• Delivering cost-effective products with consistent metallurgical quality
• Extending responsive after-delivery technical assistance
• Continuous technology and personnel upgradation

Future Expansion Roadmap

As outlined in our official profile, we are actively expanding our Nashik facility with a planned CNC Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL Dia 1200 x 800 mm) and higher tonnage automated handling equipment to serve aerospace, defense, and bulk pharma sectors.
